Taste Kenya Exporters Ltd(TKEL)was founded in 2008 and later incorporated in the year 2014. The company is in the business of growing of fresh herbs for domestic and international markets. The company has its own production site – 11 acres. The farm is located approximately 50 minutes drive from Jomo Kenyatta international airport.
Taste Kenya Exporters is one of the leading growers and exporters of herbs i.e Basil, Thyme, Rosemary, Mint, Lemon verbena, Melissa, Sage,Corriander, Dill, Chives, Oregano, Marjoram, French Terragon and Mangetout. Our other products includes Fine Beans, Lovage, Birdeye Chilies, German Chamomile, Flat Parsley and Curled Parsley. 60% of our production volume is grown under the sun while 40% is indoor cultivation.

We have adopted one acre in the dry Kajiado county where we are doing our production and have identified the suitable trees to plant for the area. production . Our outdoor crops are grown on plastic mulch to help save up on water usage.
